Former Scrapbook Space

As I get closer to moving to my new house, I have been gathering a lot of ideas for my new Craft room!  I am so excited that I am going to have a room that is dedicated only to my scrapbooking/crafting.   In the meantime, I thought I would share pictures from my former scrapbook space.....that was also our office as well.

This is the table where I did my scrapping.

The bookcase had some of my scrapbook stuff and albums.

As you can see, I had to make room in my closet.

(glad I won't have to do that again!  LOL!)

Thanks for looking.  Hopefully it won't be too long before I get my space the way I want it.

Copics and Tin

I was looking for a way to organize my copic markers and still be able to carry them from room to room wherever I decided to sit and color.

So here is what I bought.



I love green so it had to be green of course!! I got this at Home Goods. It was with all their summer stuff.

And of course I immediately had to organize my copic markers.....






Turns out I have 80 copic markers!!! LOL!!

Isn't it cute?? I just love it!!

No Such Thing As Coincidence!!

I have just been having a really CRANKY week!! Well this morning I was pretty tired of being so darn cranky! I decided to pick up my devotional, (Secrets of the Secret Place by Bob Sorge), it's a new one for me. I started to read Chapter 1. The verse of that chapter was Psalm 91:1 ~ " Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty." I sure needed this today! I sure need some rest and what better place to be resting than in the shadow of the Almighty God!! (I sure can't think of a better place.)

So....on my desk at work I have one of those spiral bound perpetual calendars, (Restore My Soul - Encouragement from God's Word) and I flipped it over to today. What scripture do you think was for today, April 21st?? Well of course it was Psalm 91:1-2!! Coincidence??? I think not!!

I am still tired....but I will tell you.....my crankiness was gone! I began to be filled with Joy! God is so good!!

Blogger it is!!

So I decided to use Blogger instead of wordpress to blog! It is just so much easier to figure out! And I just rather keep things simple and easy!


So I had to post a few pictures using this app on my iPhone to test it all out. That is my doggie, Chico (aka Cinco). Isn't he a cutie!!



This picture is of Kookie. This was taken back in 2005 but I love this picture of her, so I had to post it! She is smiling!!

So I like this blogpress app because I can upload more than one picture to a post!

I am happy now, so I will get to blogging!!

Well I am trying out an app I found for my iPhone to post to this blog vs my wordpress blog! Trying to decide which blog I am going to use.

I already set this one up as a networked blog on Facebook. Now I need to figure out how to tweet my posts too! LOL! Aren't I trying to be all digitally and social network savvy!

So let's see how this one works!
